I was with the OXCART program at Area 51 from 1965 - 1968 as part of the Perkin Elmer team on the camera system. I was also with the initial group that went to Kadena from Area 51.
In 1971 I went to work with the CIA for the next 21 years. I then transferred to the FBI for another 8 years. I retired in June 1999.
